Boy Scouts
Since 1910, the Boy Scouts of America has provided a partnership with parents in organizing activities young people enjoy, teaching them lifetime values and skills, and introducing them to leadership roles and new challenges as they grow. It has been built around an oath and a law and a value system that has been its core and has not changed. McFarlin charters three Scouting units to offer opportunities for all ages. Cub Scout Pack 241 is for boys in 1st through 5th grade. Boy Scout Troop 241, continuously chartered since March 23, 1920, is for boys 11 - 18 years of age. Venture Crew 241 is for boys and girls 14 - 21 years of age.
